Am I eligible to work for Air Reading?

• All candidates must be eligible to work in the US or Canada. 

• Non-citizens must provide work authorization documentation, such as a green card or EAD. 

• Documents are reviewed during the onboarding process.
  

What is class payment breakdown?

• One-on-One Class: $12 for a 30-minute session ($8 base and $4 completion incentive).

• Small Group Class: $16 for a 40-minute session ($12 base and $4 completion incentive).

• All payments are made in USD and are directly deposited into your bank account twice a month. 

What are the working hours and working time?

• There is no minimum requirement for working hours; you can schedule classes based on your availability. 

• The majority of our tutors work 4 - 30 sessions(classes) per week. 

• Most classes are 7am - 7pm CT from Mondays to Thursdays.

What can I expect from onboarding?

• After you pass the demo, we will send you a contract. 

• Once the contract is signed, the team will create an Air account within 1-2 business days and send you an "Account Ready" email.

• The “Account Ready” email will help you to set up a zoom account,  log into your Air Reading Account at app.airreadingclass.com and complete the three onboarding tasks: Tech Check, Onboarding Workshop, and Personal Document Upload.

• Once these tasks are completed, you'll be ready to teach. You may set your availability to teach in your Air Reading Account under “New Classes”.

How fast can I start to teach? How can I get booked?

• Once you’re onboarded, fill out the availability form on your Air Reading Account. The team will schedule classes for you based on your availability within a few weeks. 

• You will receive an email notification once you are booked.
